Here I tried using different effects to really make my photos pop and then add in a cohesive "word" or "sentence". Most of mine are from the library and I think that these photos turned out nicely.

Here is the original photo that I edited on iPhoto.

On Picnik I added Orton-ish to the photo to give it a glowing, ethereal sort of effect. I also added Vibrance to help make the colors pop even more. To finish I liked the way Panorgraphy-ish looked on the photo since it split it up and gave it a cool effect.

On Picnik I added Vibrance to bring out the colors and then I put it on Night Vision to give it a more eerie feel. To help bring out the green tones even more I put it on Tint and chose a forest green color. i really like the way the green pulls the photo together.

On Picnik I added Black and White to help give a strong base for photo editing. Then I added Vignette since it darkened the edges of the photo, I thought this worked well since I wanted to focus on the circular shape of the mirror. To finish I added Neon and gave the photo a slight rose colored tint.

On Picnik I began with Black and White to create a blank canvas. Then I put on Pencil Sketch and made the lines the wides possible radius to give clean, smooth lines. Next I used Clone in the advanced setting and removed all of the background so that it was just the single pole. To finish I applied Duo-Tone to the photo, giving the background a basic white shade and the lines an indigo color. I think this one turned out really well and actually looks like a drawing.

On Picnik I added CinemaScope to letterbox my photo and give it a more vintage feel. To add to that even more I added Film Grain in white on top. Finally I added Posterize to give the "spray paint" look to the photo.

On Picnik I added 1960's to the photo so it could have rounded corners and a slight tint to it. I then added Texture and chose the letter option, so that is why there are ink smudges towards the write of the corner. If you look hard enough you should see words! I finished with Film Grain in white.

On Picnik I Boosted the photo a couple of times to really bring out the blacks and the whites, allowing for really clean, crisp lines. Then I added Heat Map 2.0 in Thermal, this gave little dots all around the edges of the branches. I finished with Neon in  turquoise shade to make the lines pop.

On Picnik I began with Gooify and smudged the flowers around to give them a weird texture. For the blue color I put on Heat Map 2.0 and used Autotrophic, this gave a really cool color. Then I added Crystalize to give a mosaic finish to the photo.

On Picnik I added Dots and Dots in Light Pegs, which I liked since it gave the stairs a cool appearance. Next I added Vibrance and then Cross Process to bring all the colors and also warm up the walls with a slight yellow tint.

On Picnik I began by making the photo Sepia to keep everything have a warmer, sepia tone. Then I added Duo-Tone, making the first color a beige shade and the second color a darker olive tone. Finally I added Texture, using a coarse paper finish to give the picture a worn in look.

On Picnik I added Soften to give all the lines a dreamier feel, I also added Matte to give the outer edges a pure white finish. To add to the photo I put in Tint, using a lavender shade to make the photo have an ethereal appearance.

On Picnik I added Holga-ish to make the photo have an eerie effect and then Night Vision for a green tone. I added Cross Process to give a slight vintage feel but also to help bring out all of the colors in the photo.
